You should sell it and get a Regency style Duncan Phyfe looking antique because it would just totally fit the narrative of the space so much better - and would look *SO* gorgeous!!! Omg…that was so fun watching you rearrange your space and squeezing between your furniture pieces to get out of the room. I do the same thing every time I rearrange my space. So nice to know I’m not the only one! 😂 It looks great btw. Except you need to replace that lovely boucle sofa with a fabulous regency style sofa. That’s would so fit the office vibe. 😊

Good Evening Garrett, Sorry I cannot attend your live session as it was 4:30 am here and I was snoozing to glory. However it took me 3 days to catch up with all of it with breaks in between as we are here in school holidays break:) Guess what my very good friend is from Florida😍 She was here for good 17 years and now has moved back to Florida. I liked the live session and in between Cornealius waving screen hi 😍 How exciting for the locals if you will have greet and meet session. Such a fan moment♥️ It was so interesting for me to know about you and your life and listening about local shops and places. Btw I was also surprised in between knowing about colour toilets 🙆‍♀️ I didn’t know about it at all. You are such a humble likeable human. Missed the live. My cat is sick. Next time im planning to se it if the time is right here in Sweden. A topic for those who dont like white or beige that want really Intense colors. Think a lot of us are probably tired of all muted colors. Maybe thats why maximalism exist. Also going through different design styles and how to design them without going to far and making it thacky

Dear Garrett, All of your advice is so true! My old kitchen had grooved wooden cabinets and tiny, tiny little tiles with hundreds of grout lines! Ugh! It would get really filthy and grease ends up where you never expect it to get to! Scraping grease out of grooves is so not fun!! My new kitchen has flat cabinets to the ceiling, stone bench and splash back and the cupboards under the island are a dark colour!! I have so been listening to your advice!! Many thanks!

I have full length pull outs of my base cabinets - I find them easier than drawers.

I am a big fan of « all white home », BUT this need to be very good decorate and cohesive. I have all white appartment, but all doors are dark green, bathroom is soft warm grey like spa vibe, curtains/sofa are not white and all my furniture is in wood that give a lot of warm. At the final the white walls give the perfect canevas too make every thing shine. Very nice video 💛

So sorry I missed the live! I was busy repairing our sprinkler system in 97 degree heat 🥵. We bought our 70s modern home in January of 2022, and have been decorating it based on all the knowledge I’ve gained from your videos. For the first time, I actually love our space! I fully credit watching your videos starting a few months before we bought the house and taking our time to get exactly what we wanted. Thank you for your fun and practical advice!
